Here are few of the frequently asked questions.

Q: Why do I need a building permit?  It just seems to be extra cost to me.

A: I am a licensed contractor and the local building department requires licensed contractors to apply for a permit before construction starts. This is for your protection as well.  Independent inspectors approve my work at different stages of construction.

Q: What is the process for getting a project started?

A: The first order of business is for me to sit down with the homeowner get an understanding of the scope of work. After agreeing to a set of specifications I will present the homeowner with a bid outlining cost and estimated start and completion dates. The homeowner signs the offer and we get started. Depending on the size of the job I may request incremental payments at specific milestones in the project.

Q: Do you guarantee your work?

A: Absolutely All of my work carries a 12 month warranty.

Q: Can we get a reference list?

A: Absolutely.  References will be provided on request.
